On 9th January 2018, the first gathering of the German-Persian cooking group of 2018 took place. Following a heartwarming new year’s greeting the attendees prepared Persian specialties together. The menu consisted of Persian lentil soup (adassi) as starter, saffron rice with barberries and chicken (zereshk polo ba morgh) as main dish, and dates filled with walnuts and coated with white chocolate as dessert.

In the next cooking session which will take place on 13th February 2018, we will be preparing German specialties.
